These specifics are REQUIRED in order to reserve your limousine:
1. YOU must be the debit/credit card holder in order to reserve (or the card holder must call us directly)
2. YOU, the passenger, are requesting the limousine service listed above
3. YOU are authorizing this debit/credit card to be used for this reservation
4. If you require a return reservation, you agree to sign a reservation form given you by your driver.
Please be advised that all changes in the reservations or cancellations by the client within 24 hours of agreed pick up time will result in a cancellation fee of $25.00 (for sedans), $35.00 (for vans) and $200.00 (for stretch limousines/buses) charged to Credit/Debit Card.All cancellations by the client within one hour of agreed pick up time will result in a cancellation fee of FULL PAYMENT amount (Gratuity not charged). Clients are also required to email Limos 4 Hire, LLC and call us at the same time to inform us of their cancellations or changes in their schedule. By accepting this confirmation, the customer agrees to pay all fees under such circumstances as stated above. All cancellations by the airline itself, will indemnify the customer from all fees, whatsoever.
Any changes, cancellations or additions to your trip within 24 hours of service will result in a $25.00 additional fee. (Exception : health issue, airline changes or cancellations or other "emergency situations") If any of these problems arise, we ask each client to please re-book within 30 days if possible or the add on fee will go into effect.
STOPS: If you will need to make a stop, please mention this to our reservations department when you first reserve. Otherwise our driver may not be allowed to make any changes to his/her schedule.
We need an exact address of either or both (pick up or drop off) in order for us to provide you with the very best service. We value each and every client and, therefore, must have this exact information in order to create a reasonable time schedule. We need the exact number of passengers in order for us to provide the most appropriate vehicle possible for your comfort and your safety. The time of both pickup and drop off must be specific in order to make sure you receive the very best on-time service in SW Florida.
Please understand the need for the above information guarantees each and every client that our special service is reliable, courteous and guaranteed for each and every one of our clients. To Limos 4 Hire, each client is just as important as every other client!! This is why we are quite stringent in our need for these up front requirements. Limos4Hire LLC reserves the right to deny transportation to any passenger who is inebriated, who yells at or abuses the driver or who either becomes loud or out of control of him/herself and, as a result, the client becomes unable to communicate with Limos4Hire LLC in a calm, respectful manner with either the driver or any of the Limos4Hire LLC staff.
It shall be understood that the client agrees that Limos4Hire LLC will charge the client the full amount of the ride on his/her credit/debit card account, despite the fact that the ride was denied.
